This corporation is capitalized by two major stockholders and principal investors, namely Ryan Calpotura Tablac and Crizel Clemente Dino-Tablac who both manages the day to day operations of the company. Both Ryan C. Tablac and Crizel Dino-Tablac are licensed brokers, appraisers and consultants for this firm. Mr. Tablac is also a licensed Environmental and Urban planner. As licensed brokers of this firm, they will be sponsoring real estate agents (independent contractors) who will be rendering professional real estate services for the corporation.
