Our objective is to expand and diversify our business by entering the Memorial Park Development industry. The development of memorial parks presents promising business opportunities, especially in utilizing areas unsuitable for agriculture, commerce, or other productive purposes. This is due to the increasing urbanization and limited available space, coupled with a growing demand for a final resting place for our departed loved ones. In 2021, we acquired and assumed control of Beyond the Sunset Crematorium and Columbary Park, an institution established in 2003. Although the facilities were ahead of their time, the acceptability of cremation has significantly increased over the years, particularly during the pandemic in 2020. Beyond the Sunset is the first and only Garden Columbary Park in Northern Luzon. The park, registered as a corporation since 2002, was developed and inaugurated in 2004 as the region’s pioneer columbary park with a crematorium facility.
As a columbary park, Beyond the Sunset provides a final resting place for cremated remains, and its on-site crematorium allows families to conveniently hold cremation services, offering a comprehensive solution for end-of-life arrangements.
