Palm Garden Memorial Park is a 60,817 sqms partially developed memorial park located in flood free Baranggay Paralayunan, Mabalacat, Pampanga. It is a master planned memorial park complete with park facilities and amenities such as an unfinished Inter faith chapel, an administrative building, gazebo and washrooms, perimeter fence, guarded and landscaped entrance gate and concrete curbs and gutters with underground storm drainage facilities.
The park according to the master plan would have roughly around 16,000 plots of total inventory for sale once fully completed. Actual site development is roughly at 65% completion with more than 9,750 plots of inventory ready for sale.
The company aims to expand its line of business in this industry by introducing a columbarium, crematorium and funeral chapels in its Memorial park project in Pampanga. The long term goal of the company is to expand this Columbarium and crematorium business in key cities across the entire Philippines at affordable prices that caters to middle to low income families.
In 2021, CapitalHomes Realty acquired Beyond the Sunset (BTS) Crematorium and Columbary park in Tuba, Benguet. It is the 1st and only columbary park in the Cordillera and boast itself as the pioneer in cremation in Benguet. Once fully developed, BTS is envisioned by the company to cater to more than 50,000 columbary vaults which will serve the city of Baguio and its neighboring towns.
